WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is a powerful breathing technique that allows you to enter an altered state of consciousness - a trance - "only" by using the power of your breath. You use your breath specifically as a tool to strengthen your well-being on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
BREATH OF OM BREATHING TECHNIQUE
The breathing technique we use is called "conscious connected breathing": breathing in and out is deeper, faster and without a pause. Breathing is primarily done through the mouth.
During the breathwork session, which lasts about an hour, you can experience a variety of sensations and emotions.
BREATHING TECHNIQUE
The intensive breaths can lead to an increased flow of energy in the body, which can release blockages and reduce tension. Feelings of connection, unconditional love, lightness, flow and being detached from external influences, as well as a deep, restful relaxation that encompasses the whole body, are often experienced.
EXPERIENCE SPACE
In addition, this intensive breathing work opens up a space of experience that enables profound emotional and spiritual experiences. Through the altered state of consciousness, you can gain access to your subconscious and to deeper levels of your mind. This can lead to the healing of emotional wounds, trauma, awareness of unconscious patterns and an expansion of self-confidence and self-worth.

Breathwork offers you a valuable opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of your own being. It is a journey of self-exploration and transformation that allows you to expand the boundaries of consciousness and experience a feeling of wholeness and connection. A SPACE JUST FOR YOU
MUSIC, FREQUENCIES & SOUNDS
The breathwork ceremony is accompanied by loud, archaic music, drums and rattles to deepen the trance state through acoustic perception. You perceive the music, frequencies and sounds not only through your hearing, but through every single cell.
TRANCE
In a trance you are in an altered state of consciousness, in deep physical relaxation, with mental attention always present. This causes your thinking brain - monkey mind - to switch back and the limbic system, the emotional level, to come to the fore.
SHAMANISM
Through my shamanic training and years of experience with individuals and teams/groups, I have developed my own style of breathwork, which is guided and accompanied by the highest divine love. For each session, I open a sacred space for the participants and myself, which offers safety and security.
This allows everything that you are ready for to show itself and come to the surface. Your system (by that I mean your mind, body and soul) knows your path and will guide you.
OTHER BREATHING TECHNIQUES
There are many different breathing techniques, such as: Holotropic breathing, rebirthing, breath reduction, Wim Hof, Pranayama. Depending on your needs, life situation and intention, you can choose the right one for you. Your breath accompanies you throughout your life - start using the power and wisdom!
CONTRAINDICATIONS
you shouldn't do Breathwork if you are:
pregnant, have had acute injuries or operations (in the last 8 weeks), have high uncontrolled blood pressure, have cardiovascular problems, have strokes, have epilepsy, have asthma, have diabetes, have psychosis, have bipolar disorder, have schizophrenia, have osteoporosis, have glaucoma, have retinal detachment, have aneurysms
